After living in my house for 36 years, I don't move around a lot. This was a scary time for me. Charlene King guided me through everything, recommending what needed to be done around the house to show better, (since it is an older house with improvements that were needed). With the softening market, she recommended a good selling price based on the current market. I took her advice on fixes for the house, and took her recommendation on inspections, having all house inspections done and paid for prior to listing. All this worked in my favor, and the house had 2 solid offers within 2 weeks, and closed escrow 30 days later in a soft market. This house was income property from in a trust. So the agent was critical to get an agent that understood the requirements of selling trust property and setting the price to get the best price for the beneficiaries of the trust. Shannan had sold a property for the other trustee and was recommended. We looked at a couple of other agents who we didn't feel as comfortable with as we did with Shannan. Shannan was straight forward with all of the requirements and what she needed from us to move the properties successfully, and was very attentive to our concerns and requirements to get the trust assets moved in a timely fashion and to set a fair market price for the homes in an "As Is" condition. Shannan worked through some challenging adversity we encountered as we moved through the process, with a calm experienced leadership that helped us successfully move the properties faster than we expected and for a better price than expected.

Danny was very knowledgeable about the area and the fact that my home was not typical for the area. He new about homesteading and the fruit trees on the property.
